This is pretty crude but seems to work, and is adequate when you consider it's only a few hundred records you are trying to narrow down.

Search Scope: It provides a simple search of the File Library database, using the Author, Title, and Keywords fields. Search terms will be compared against all three fields in one pass (ie they can't be separated).

Multiple Terms: If you enter multiple terms they will be boolean 'OR'ed (no option, all other boolean terms will be ignored). Results from all terms will be presented in one list .

Hints: Keep the search terms as simple as possible, avoiding plurals, '..ing's etc. Avoid common words like 'the', 'a' and also note it doesn't match entire words, so the search term with the word 'a' would pick up records with 'Hatch' in them (among many others).
